Theatrical play, Inner voices, Improvisation, Dialogical acting, Intuitive dance, Body wisdom

    Experience your expression, let go of your fears, surprise yourself, let go, be free, play, dance, enjoy, know yourself better.

    Where rejection and judgement are most at risk is in our own minds.

    DARE through role play, spontaneous movement and reflection:

    - rediscover your usual ways of being, the ones you know,

    - discovering new ways of being, the ones you don't normally dare to express, the ones you reject, either because you judge them as too "bad" or "too good" to be yours.

    RECOGNISE


    Group classes for mental and emotional management, activating inner silence.

    Meditation, Mindfulness Techniques, Relaxation, Self-Massage

    Experience inner calm, relaxation of your body, connection with the transcendental. Learn not to throw in the towel by facing your own demons.

    Bring your body and your will not to give in to your own demons (such as laziness, constant need to do something, constant judgement etc.).

    Give yourself space to do nothing, to relax your body, to relax your mind, or to observe your own breathing, sounds around you, your thoughts. Reconnect with life, with the present, with your compassion in the face of your demons.

    Stop, observe, calm down? in today's world it is a MUST! It is a necessity if you want to live a healthy life both physically and psychologically.

    A space to explore through the body, expression, movement and body awareness.

    With different music and body proposals, we inhabit and strengthen the various energy centres of the body, integrating the physical, emotional, mental, energetic and spiritual body.

    Movement allows us to loosen our shells and rigidities, to connect more authentically with our feelings and to allow us to BE more freely.

    The mind is silenced, the body is inhabited, the heart expands.

    G.E.M

    G.E.M. is a practice through which you will be able to connect in a sincere way with yourself and with the group by focusing your energy on the subtle language of body intelligence.
    You will observe your thoughts, your energy and your emotions through the body pattern and you will manage your internal changes according to the fluidity and pleasure of physical movements in space.
    Through a one hour routine, divided into a warm up, movement dynamics (choreographic structure) and a cool down, you will learn to know yourself better and love the woman/man you are.
    It is a complete practice that merges the spiritual, emotional and physical perspective.

    YOGA & MEDITATION

    The meetings lead us to experience vital harmony. Through alchemical breathing, the fluid body, relaxation and the different proposals that we will experience, we deepen the art of being and feeling.

    In the classes we combine asanas (Hatha Yoga postures), mantras (sounds that stimulate stillness, active attention, guided and free meditations, bandhas work, chakrashadana (harmonization of chakras), pranayamas (alchemical breathing), fluid body practices, etc..

    When within you unite the feminine and the masculine, light and darkness, intuition and reason, heaven and earth, the magic of living happens.

    KUNDALINI EXPERIENCE

    We invite you to awaken your energy and reconnect with your essence through the Kundalini Experience.

    Did you know that Kundalini energy is something we all have?
    It is an energy that we are born with and that as we grow up, it is fading and blocking our chakras.

    To participate in the session, you don't have to have any experience in other practices, just stretch and surrender. Your energy will do the rest.

    DPOP WORLDWIDE EXPERIENCE

    HIBRICAL PROGRAMME with the PRESENT TUESDAYS at Umano Lab

    Facilitated: In collaboration with CIVSEM (Centro de Investigación en Valores) and social coaches.

    It is held 4 times a year.

    This programme helps people to take control of the vital moment in which they find themselves and facilitates the discovery of ways of living their lives from their values, from a deep awareness of themselves and humanising the digital environment.



    FOCUS ON EXPERIENCE

    Face-to-face programme for adolescents between 13 and 18 years of age.

    Facilitated by: In collaboration with CIVSEM (Centro de Investigación en Valores) and social coaches.

    It takes place in July, from Monday to Friday from 10-14 and lasts sixty hours. 

    It is an experience of coexistence between young people who, together, practice the values of the CIVSEM model, in a heterogeneous environment, where respect for each other's individuality and differences is fundamental. 

    It proposes an awareness that comes from the identification of cognitive, emotional and bodily processes. The encounter with the rest of the learning group accompanies and supports personal discovery through shared experiences. 

    It orients them to a chosen construction, which opens up possibilities and guides them to a full life, committed to their desires and choices, without boycotts that hinder the path to the future that each one of them sets for themselves.


    FEEL ON EXPERIENCE

    Face-to-face programme for children between 7 and 12 years old.

    Facilitated by: In collaboration with CIVSEM (Centro de Investigación en Valores) and social coaches.

    First week of August, Monday to Friday 10-14.

    A space where children discover and experience their worth and power. In which, through play, we work to make them recognise themselves as someone worthy of respect and trust.

    A few days where they will assert their right to be themselves.

    It provides an experience that promotes connection with themselves, to identify the messages provided by their cognition, their emotions and their own body. 

    The group provides an environment that allows for real experimentation, different situations that allow exemplifying and drawing conclusions derived from one's own experiences at the time.

    Learning is projected to satisfaction and motivation and guides them to take steps that lead them to identify and achieve their own goals. Learning to empower themselves to build confidence and self-esteem.
