Graduate in Psychology, specialising in Business Psychology. He also holds a degree in Philosophy from the same University. Higher Certificate in Ontological Coaching and expert in Systemic Coaching. Since 1987 he has been linked to human resources as a consultant in recruitment, training and strategic projects. In 2000 he joined Grupo Leche Pascual, where he held the positions of Director of Training and Director of Human Resources Development. In 2007 he was appointed Director of CIVSEM, Centre for Research in Social and Business Values, a position he currently holds. He is also creator and trainer of Social Coaching and founder and president of the Social Coaching Association.

I have always dreamt of a better world.

My day-to-day life with my own family, my daughters and the people I love is imbued with my convictions. My ambition is to contribute to the creation of a society in continuous evolution, open to transformation and in search of the happiness of the people who live in it.

My concerns from a very young age led me to think about the possibility that people could be happy, with power over themselves, that they could consider a life of transcendence in the sense of personal improvement and self-improvement.
